Mark Foreman - Managing Director
Mark Foreman is co-founder and managing Director of the Marverose Group of companies.
After spending a number or years as a police officer in the Metropolitan Police and prior to moving to Spain, Mark built up a highly successful 'PLC' Canon business equipment dealership (one of Londons largest) which was acquired by a global PLC for a seven figure sum.
Mark is a workaholic and will regularly be found responding to emails while burning the midnight oil. It's his motivation to be the best, and of course highest paid broker that makes the difference.
Always innovative regarding financial opportunities for his clients (saving money) he decided to cease working with the mainstream leasing/finance companies and set-up his own leasing & financing business, effectively cutting out the middleman.
In 2003 Mark established Marverose, S.L.
Disenchanted with the high rates and restrictive terms being offered by the High street banks in Spain for Spanish property mortgages he decided to search elsewhere. He now offers a wide portfolio of products, some bespoke, some traditional, but all at competitive rates.

Mark's mandate is to focus on business development opportunities for the Group. The key aspects to Mark's role are to:
- Increase LRSM presence in existing and new areas
- Help position the business for the future so that LRSM is able to maintain a first class level of service to existing and new clients.
- Source innovative and money saving mortgage products, not neccessarily available on the high street.
Mark is married and has three sons.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys his garden, rugby, watching football, and loves to horseride.
