Our Managing Director is Raffling his luxury 1.9 million Euro Mexican Hacienda (debt free)

This competition, as the text below describes is not a lottery, prize draw or game of luck. It is a game of skill and conforms with EEC competition regulations even though the asset is in Mexico.

This competition is now over and a successful winner is the new owner, for full details of the published competition results contact Mark Foreman...

We have decided to sell our second luxury holiday home in Mexico by competition, firstly because we love the thought of someone having the life changing opportunity of winning this unique Hacienda, and secondly it gets us out of the hassle of the property market with broken chains and viewings etc. So many of our guests and friends have said, "when I win the lottery I'm coming back for this place! - so, we thought this would be a fun way to make that happen for someone.

This competition is a private competition operated by Mark Foreman and has nothing to do with the company Marverose, S.L.

Q. So what's the catch?

A. There isn't one. The winner gains  a 2 million Euro property and we get the market value for our home. If there isn't a winner then someone gains a cash prize and we start ringing estate agents, simple as that.

Q. Ok so what do I have to do?

A. Email me personally, let me know how many tickets you wish to purchase - then sit back with your fingers crossed! All funds allocated for the purchase of tickets are paid into an escrow account (operated by a registered lawyer) and no monies are paid to me personally. Funds are only released to me when there is a successful competition winner.

Q. What are my chances of winning?

A. 76,000 to one. We are taking 76,000 entries then the competition finishes. That's much better odds than the lottery - which is 14 million to one!

Q. What if I enter more than once

A. Then your chances of winning are that much better. You can enter as many times as you like.

Q. What does the winner have to pay for?

A. Just the competition entry and the cost of getting here. We are paying the stamp duty and conveyancing, and all legal transfer costs etc. All the bills relating to the house will be paid before we leave. The property is mortgage free.

Q. How is the competition run?

A. It's a 'spot the ball' competition, a game of skill, not luck? you will receive a photo from us which has had the ball removed. Using your skill and judgement you will decide where the centre of the ball should be.

This will provide us with a set of coordinates with your details.

The same picture is shown to a professional judge and in the presence of a lawyer he marks where he thinks in his professional opinion the centre of the ball should be. The winner is the person who is closest to the judge's position.
