Running your own business is hard. It needs 110% commitment, long hours and a lot of hard work. Running your own business in a country where you don´t speak the language, let alone understand the beaurocracy is even harder.

We require business professionals to market our multi-currency mortgages to home owners across Spain and the rest of the World. We work with a specialist multi-currency broker providing currency loans. 

In the present climate we're helping homeowners reduce their monthly mortgage payments and save money by benefiting from the low Bank of Japan base rate (currently 0.1%), and demand is encouraging.

Full training will be provided and you will be required to attend a 1 week training course for these products. Therefore, you will require a full passport and expenses will be paid by the company.

After satisfactory completion of the course you will be home based attending clients at either their home or place of business, where commercially viable.

 Financial Package

There is a basic salary of 28,000 Euros plus a performance bonus. You will receive a Citroen C4 company car or similar (depending on your country), mobile phone, laptop PC and reasonable business expenses.

About You

Ideally, you should be educated to a high standard, preferably have a university degree, be a great listener and communicator (articulate), well presented and take pleasure in helping clients find the right mortgage for their need. 

Candidates should have had Professional CeMAP® Training to level 1,2 & 3. However, if you have banking, accountancy or legal experience then so much the better.

Applicants must have broadband & a landline telephone and should speak English as their mother tongue plus one other language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Norwegion or German).
